Delete Your Account

You can delete your Pinnacle Promotions account yourself in the app, or ask us to do it by email. No sign-in is needed to make the request.

In the app

  1. Open the Pinnacle Promotions app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings and choose Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your profile is removed immediately and you are signed out of every device.

By email

If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, emailsupport@pinnacle-promotions.comwith the subject line "Delete my account". Send it from the email address on your account if you can; if not, tell us the account email and we will verify your identity another way before acting. We complete verified requests within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.

What is removed

Your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, profile photo, location history, device and notification identifiers, saved preferences, and message threads are deleted or permanently de-identified. Documents you uploaded during onboarding, such as your TABC card image and voided check, are deleted. Your sign-in is disabled and every active session is ended.

What we are required to keep

Some records must survive account deletion because federal tax law and the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission require us to keep them, or because they document a transaction that already happened:

  • Signed agreements and their signature records.
  • Pay statements, tax forms, invoices, and payment records.
  • Records of events that took place, including receipts and aggregate sample counts.
  • Security and audit logs, which are purged on a rolling schedule.

These records are kept only for the period the applicable rule requires and are no longer linked to a live profile. Aggregate event statistics that never identified you are unaffected.

Before you delete

  • Brand ambassadors: make sure any events you have accepted are complete or released, and that your final pay has been deposited. Deleting your account does not cancel pay you have already earned.
  • Client users: if you are the only user on your company's account, settle any open invoices first. To close the company account itself, or to remove one user while keeping the company, email us at the address above.
